Northern Mi Equine Therapy

Northern Michigan Equine Therapy (NMET) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit outpatient rehabilitation facility located in Bay Township, MI. They utilize the unique healing power of horses as a therapeutic tool in occupational therapy, hippotherapy, and their specially developed mental health program, HorseSense. NMET has successfully treated individuals with a wide range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
