History

On March 29, 2020 I lost my son, Noah, to Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma, or in other words a very rare, aggressive liver cancer. Due to covid-19 restrictions we couldn't hold his celebration of life until June 27, 2020. I was having a very hard time with Noah's loss and my sister-in-law and Noah's Aunt, Leslie Allain Emond invited me to come to her cabin and spend a few days with just the two of us. I did and it was very therapeutic for both of us. Leslie suggested doing something in Noah's name to keep me occupied and to honor my son. We came up with a non-profit organization that would send children from single parent homes to summer camp. When Noah was young and I was a struggling single parent a guardian angel gave Noah a scholarship to summer camp. It was a tremendous gift to both of us. Because of my struggle with losing Noah I put this on a back burner, but with people who love me pushing me to do this we have created Noah's Legacy Project Inc.

Specialties

Our mission is to send as many 9 to12 year old children from single parent homes to summer camp in honor of Noah Allain. Visit our website to learn more. If you know of a child who would benefit from some outdoor time, please contact us.

I love this project and all it represents. Way to go, how better to memorialize someone then to send an impressionable child to camp who would otherwise never get this opportunity. Please check...
