New Oakland Family Centers

Established in 1990, the New Oakland Child-Adolescent and Family Center serves the needs of children, adolescents and their families. The center offers FACE to FACE, which is a partial day program. The program provides a comprehensive assessment that includes intensive individual and family crisis intervention individualized action plans. The center provides assistance with emotional disturbances, family conflicts, stress related problems, substance abuse and mental illnesses. The New Oakland Child-Adolescent and Family Center supports the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which focuses on children, adolescents and adults with emotional, behavioral and abuse problems. The center maintains an office in Livonia, Mich.
