We do small mat groups or one-on-one instruction in Yoga and Pilates. Our studio contains a Reformer/Half Cadillac, Pilates Chair , a Barrel and smaller Pilates equipment.

We are a small studio, specializing in one-on-one instruction. We have been at our current location since 2001. We also offer the first 45 minute class -FREE! You need to be comfortable with your instructor and the space.
