New Buffalo Public Beach, located in New Buffalo, MI, features nearly 800 feet of sandy beach along with adjacent Lakefront Parks, all situated at the north end of Whittaker Street across the Galien River Bridge. This scenic area, which includes the City Beach, City Boat Launch, and Lions Pavilion Park, was generously gifted to the community in 1924 by Edward K. Warren through the Warren Featherbone Company.
Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, including beach access and kayak and paddleboard rentals offered by Third Coast Paddling at the City Boat Launch. The beach and parks are designed for public enjoyment, with specific rules in place to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
