Our shop is located in 'uptown' Harbor Springs adjacent to the HS EZ Mart Mobil gas station. We specialize in baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and soups made from scratch from the best possible ingredients. A few favorites are scones, graham crackers, savory crackers, and of course, English Muffin bread! Our granola bars can be found in specialty markets and coffee shops throughout northern Michigan as well as on our shelves.

Lots of delicious baked goods available during the summer at the HS Farmer's market (Ham & Cheese Scone and 21 Salute Crackers are my favorites) and yummy soups, salads, dips, etc. available...
