Mrs. Glee's is a manufacturer of high quality gluten-free pasta and flour mixes. We use Michigan grown navy beans as the base of all our products. A proprietary process is used to eliminate the strong bean flavor and unwanted side effects while still retaining the nutritional value of the beans. Celiacs cannot ingest any products containing gluten, thereby robbing them of an important source of both nutrition and dietary variety. Pizza, bread, pasta, cakes, pies, anything containing wheat or gluten have potentially fatal long-term side effects. By
