Adorable drinks made right. Good casual vibe. Offers pool and darts. Nice outdoor area with plenty of seating including comfortable couches. Small food menu. Nice staff. Street parking.

Monarch is good! They get busy and service can be slow, but that's not anyone's fault. Friendly people and good beer. Love the atmosphere!
