We are a micro-batch chocolate maker just outside of Ann Arbor. We offer Chocolate tours where you will learn about our small business and our connection to cocoa farmers in Ecuador. You will also see the entire process of making chocolate at an artisan small batch scale- from bean to bar. We begin at the cocoa bean and see the process to the finished chocolate. We will include a tasting of a variety of our chocolate bars and other products made from the cocoa bean.
