Car heater was acting up and thought thermostat might be bad. Took it in there and they got it looked at within 30 minutes. No repairs were needed and I ended up owing them absolutely nothing....

Scheduled to come in between 8 & 10 am, only to sit here nearly two hours for an oil change! This has happened twice now! Will spend more to go somewhere that I can get it done in 20 minutes next...
