The Michigan Unmanned Aerial Systems Consortium (MUASC) is a nonprofit organization based at the Alpena County Regional Airport, serving as a dedicated flight and ground test center for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). With access to 11,000 square miles of airspace, MUASC supports research, development, certification, and testing for commercial UAS, including military operations areas over Lake Huron.
