Michigan Milk Producers Association

Established in 1916, Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) is one of the largest dairy co-operatives in Michigan. It is a member-owned and operated dairy co-operative, serving over 2,300 dairy farmers in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin. The wide array of products offered by the company include standardized milk, dried buttermilk, condensed whole milk, sweet cream butter, condensed skim milk, standardized cream, sweet condensed milk and ice cream mixes. The company's members are also affiliated with the National Milk Producers Federation and the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. Michigan Milk Producers Association buys milk from all producers selling it in all market classifications, ensuring producers that their milk will be sold. Its member merchandise program has a direct delivery program to accommodate producers desiring large quantities of supplies.
