I wanted to go one size down on a hoodie i bought there had receipt and tags still on but they said "they don't accept returns".

Boot selection was fair, although they didn't seem to have any sizes that people were actually looking for. We watched about 6 people or couples leave because they did not have the correct sizes....

I can count on one hand how many times I've been here....but the times I have gone...customer service is horrible....the lady who has been there when I have gone....usually looks as if she does...
