As much as I love this store for its ability to spark creativity within me, I must give it 4 stores instead of 5. I love the crafts sections and beautiful items you can place in the home....

Poor cashier in Michaels was the only one with a line of 9 customers. The manager just came out but did not even do anything, like help. Not worth the wait.

Disgusting inside.... everything and everyone feels dirty. Service was poor and I left feeling unhappy. If you're under 18 I especially recommend avoiding this joke of an establishment.
