META Collective

Western High School has an enrollment of more than 800 students and is located in Parma, Mich. It employs over 45 professional teachers and offers art courses in drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, weaving and instrumental music. The school s career center sponsors various career planning activities that include job shadowing, work seminars, business lunches, pathway conferences and recruitment fairs. The school s athletics department offers a variety of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, cross country, golf, tennis, soccer, wrestling, basketball, bowling, gymnastics and softball. Its library offers several newspapers and research resources. Western High School is also a member of the Southern Michigan Activities Association.
