Meridian Historical Village, operated by Friends of Historic Meridian, is a nonprofit organization founded in 1974 with a mission to foster an appreciation of local history through the operation of eight historic buildings in Okemos, Michigan. The Village invites the community to explore its grounds and partake in its educational programs, particularly focused on the experiences of elementary students throughout the academic year.

In 2024, the Village will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a series of special programs and events. The charming 19th-century inspired chapel is also available for rentals, making it suitable for small weddings, musical programs, and other public gatherings.
