The staff was RUDE and at that point I don't want anyone playing with my food. Cursing and complaining on the intercom and instead of apologizing giving us a rude "I wasn't talking to u"... no thank u

Fries are always soggy, only gives me one barbecue sauce and never gets my order Right. Employees are always rude, there is no play place and the table is never clean, order once took 45 minutes....

food was cold terrible I found lice in my burger I called the cops and they couldn't do anything about it and I couldn't sue don't ever go there again I would rather drink my piss for a living
