Mary B's Organizing is a company that emerged from Mary B's Cleaning. Mary Brustmaker started Mary B's Cleaning in November of 2007. She found that some customers needed more than just cleaning; they needed help dealing with clutter. Mary had already harnessed her excellent organizational skills to help friends and family put order into chaos, so she offered her organizing services wherever they appeared to be needed. In January of 2015 Mary decided to just organize and to not take on any more ongoing cleaning jobs. She now accepts only organizing work.
Specialties
Mary B will help you put order into your life - patiently and without judgment. After speaking with you (over the phone) to find out exactly what you want help with, I schedule an appointment for a free consultation. In this consultation I walk through the area(s) with you and find out what your goal or ideal scene is. Then if we both decide to move forward we schedule a time for me to come back and work side by side with you - first purging and sorting, then organizing. YOU make all the decisions, I simply ask you questions to help you make those decisions (should you need help in making decisions). I help with the physical work (moving/boxing items) but no heavy boxes or furniture; however, I do have a colleague who can help with the heavy stuff if needed. Also, if you have items to donate and don't have time to drop them off, I will take them for a fee (average $35)
