Francine completed her undergraduate studies at Rockford College/University in Rockford, Illinois where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Development while also completing her teaching certification in middle school science, social studies and English language arts. Ms. Robinson formerly taught science in Illinois and Social Studies in the Port Huron area at the middle school level.
