Mansoor A. Qureshi, MD

Ashley Plemens, CNP, a board-certified nurse practitioner, earned her degree from the University of Michigan-Flint. Ashley has clinical interests in wound and ostomy care, hemorrhoids, colon, rectal and anal cancers, fecal incontinence and diverticulitis.

Marlo F. Leonen, MD, has nearly 20 years of experience practicing in the area. His clinical interests include congestive heart failure, non-invasive cardiology and hypertension (high blood pressure). Dr. Leonen also has additional training in adult comprehensive echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He is the director of nuclear cardiology and congestive heart failure services at Trinity Health Michigan Heart.

Sohaib Gilani, MD is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at Ross University School of Medicine. he completed his residency at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital and a fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital.
