I just had the carmelized onion cheddar. Wow. This place has some amazing cheese. This is the next evolution of epicurean delights in TC. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Address is 1132 E 8th. Hard to find but worth it. 3rd store back on east side of non-descript building. Many unusual cheeses that i had never heard of. Few, if any, of the usual suspects. Tasted...

Manny knows his cheese!! Knows his bries from his blues ... Prices are well marked, sampling before I buy is important ... I even bought some cognac bellavitano ... Don't ask the price but once...
