Manistee County Medical Care Facility

Established in 1966, Oakview Medical Care Facility provides long-term care and rehabilitative services to the residents of Mason County, Mich. It is a Medicare- and Medicaid-licensed, 75-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that employs over 130 full- and part-time employees. It offers 24-hour nursing care, routine medical visits by attending physicians, and physical, occupational, recreational and speech therapies. The facility has a support center, Hospitality Suite, which provides 24-hour support to family members whose loved one is in the end stages of life.
