I am glad I am not the only one who had a bad experience here! We slept at the Lilac Tree Hotel and so when I saw this Birkenstock store upon our arrival, I had to stop in! I love my Birkenstocks...

Felt like the male employee (older gentleman) was far more knowledgable than the other employees. I felt like the other employees there need to be better trained.
