In 2008, I went back to school for my Manicurist and Esthetician license, closed my other service company and started working full time at the spa instead of just managing it. Howver, after my son (a single parent) attempted to do a press-n-curl my only granddaughter hair (using his grandmother pressing iron and an electric stove) I went back to school again to hone my skills as a natural hair cultrualist (stylist). I was on a mission to save Deja's hair before my son damaged it or untrained braiders snatched her bald from to tight braiding.
