The manager on the floor has no knowledge of where things are in the store and ignorant the employee passing by heard what I was asking for and pointed out to me. The employee should be the manager.

To start off with, Lowes were using most of the carts to hold materials. Then I asked for service and was told everyone was in a meeting. Lowe's has really went down!
