We started out with a small BBQ Pit and a couple of parties. With the help of our wonderful clientele word of mouth has help us grow. Now with three BBQ Pits and the capability of vending events with the volume of 2000 + people we continue to keep the outrages flavor and organization as if they were parties of 30.

We specialize in a variety of BBQ meats such as Prime Rib, Brisket, Double Smoked Sausage, BBQ Pulled Pork *Baby Back Ribs and anything else you can think of. Also we are more than willing to travel anywhere in Michigans lower peninsula and can cater/vend events that estimate over 3000 guest attendants.
