their customer service is awful. It takes them over two hours just for a manicure and pedicure and they ask you what shape you want and then do the complete opposite of the shape. I've been here...

Service is always quick. i'm not sure what my techs name was but she was pregnant. No exaggeration this is the only time i've left a salon LOVING my nails. She was so sweet and did such a great job.
