Horrible service. Nails look bad. Not very nice people. Customer service was not good. Jenny treated me like she didn't want to be bothered. Mail shop not very clean! I was so disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the experience I had at lovely nails. It took two hours to get a mani-pedi. We both got the same thing. The pedicure turned out okay, nothing fancy just French tip....

Worst place the guy did my nails was on the phone the whole time and I had a chunk of my nail he didn't fill will NOT be going back smh the paint was everywhere
