Lotus Holistic Mental Health Services, PLLC

Formed in 1996, AIDS Partnership Michigan is a resource for information and referral about HIV/AIDS. It offers a variety of services and programs and is funded through public money, grants, fundraising activities and gifts from individuals and organizations. The organization provides HIV Counseling and Testing (OraSure and Rapid Testing System) to people. It also has a Re-Entry Program which focuses on assisting men and women who are HIV+ and who are either currently incarcerated or have been released within three months. Behavioral Health Services carried by this organization offers free counseling and therapy services to any individual who is diagnosed with HIV.

Detroit Central City Community Mental Health is a private nonprofit agency that provides mental health services, substance abuse treatment, housing, and support services to adults in Wayne County, Mich. Detroit Central City is fully approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is licensed by the State of Michigan for substance abuse services. It has an outreach division that provides various services, including individual and occupational therapies, medication review and administration, social living and money management skills, health services, case management and crisis intervention. It operates the Fairweather Program that provides intensive support to select clients who live independently in a home leased by the Detroit Central City; the clients also work in a supported environment. The center is located in Detroit.
