The Elizabeth Scott Community, founded in 1949, is a family owned and operated nursing home that offers assisted living and long-term care services. It offers meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation and maintenance services. The community conducts regular health screenings for blood pressure, weight and blood sugar. Its amenities include an exercise room, hair salon, heated in-ground swimming pool, individual garden areas, landscaped walkways and lakeside sitting areas. In addition, the community offers a second level of assisted living for those individuals who require nursing services, such as personal care, medication administration, dietary consultation and assistance with ambulation. It also offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. The Elizabeth Scott Community is located in Maumee, Ohio.
