L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is a school system that offers services to the residents in Harrison Township, Clinton Township, Chesterfield and Macomb, Mich., as well as the sections of Mount Clemens and St. Clair shores that total more than 35 square miles of northeast Macomb County, Mich. It operates over 20 educational institutions that include child care, alternative, performing arts and adult education centers, as well as elementary, middle and high schools. The school system employs a staff of learning support specialists and consultants, literacy coaches, paraprofessionals and classroom aides. L'Anse Creuse Public Schools supports a variety of world language, summer school, and reading and writing programs. Located in Clinton Township, Mich., it also maintains various before- and after-school clubs.
