History

After working for two of the Big Six Accounting firms for the first six years after I graduated from University of Michigan Law School, I decided to open my own private practice. I was born in Flint and have lived in the area most of my life, so it made sense to practice in Genesee County, and it was a lot shorter commute from my home than working in downtown Detroit! My father, Judge Ronald Douglas, had practiced in Flint for about 20 years before he became a judge, so I had the great advantage of being able to draw on his experience and knowledge.

We specialize in estate planning, probate administration, wills, trusts, Personal Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), Guardianships, Conservatorships. Our objective is to provide each individual, family, and business client with prompt, high quality services that are consistent with the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
