The lady at the front desk that answered the phone is the biggest Karen. Extremely rude, and just shuts you up mid sentence by transferring your call elsewhere. She should not be in customer service.

We have been a part of this practice for a very very long time and all of our children have grown up with them. Their quality of care and their patient service is not to standard at all anymore....

Very disappointing. I'm new to the area and Lakewood Family Medicine was referred to me by a neighbor. They are not accepting new patients unless you have a relative already in the practice.
