The Lakeshore Art Festival, held in beautiful Downtown Muskegon, Michigan, showcases a unique blend of fine art, handcrafted goods, music, food, and family-friendly fun. With nearly 250 juried fine art and specialty craft exhibitors, the festival also features an artisan food market, street performers, and interactive art stations.
In 2023, the festival introduced the LAFRocks Public Art Project, inviting local artists to create masterpieces from small boulders, which were displayed throughout the event. Additionally, the Muskegon Museum of Art hosted a rock decorating booth, encouraging community creativity and spreading art, kindness, and positivity across West Michigan.
