La Fork is the first fast-casual Poutinery in Michigan. The main dish, the authentic and classic Quebec Poutine, is the combination of fresh-cut fries, curds & gravy. We have taken this traditional dish and turned into a unique masterpiece. Our fries are freshly cut and double fried to perfection, loaded with fresh cheese curds, homemade gravies and signature toppings. Freshly made-to-order, we cater this traditional dish to different taste buds with a worldly experience.
