History

I started the Koza Insurance Agency to provide my customers options for products so that I can offer the best insurance at the best price. I had been working as a captive agent at State Farm but I decided that I did not want to be forced to sell clients financial service products that they do not need. With a background in insurance and in training, educating clients on their policies is very important at the Koza Agency. We want clients to walk away feeling secure with the knowledge of what their policies cover.

Specialties

The Koza Insurance Agency specializes in personal lines insurance (auto, homeowners, liability umbrella, watercraft, recreational vehicles). We offer competitive rates through a choice of companies including Progressive, Safeco (a Liberty Mutual company) and Encompass (an Allstate company). Outstanding customer service is a priority. All customers work directly with the agent, Kirsten Koza to ensure satisfaction.
