The worst customer service and un helpful staff , and doesn't help the fact my dad passed away and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to arrange for my dads burial services , and no one bothered to...

Paid for a gravestone for my Dad in May 2014 and it is the end of June 2015 yet to recieve it. Have made several phone calls and they are great at telling you it will be handled in a week or so....
