KI started as an online business and which much success have been able to move to physical location to add in person training to help better guide those interested in improving their health/fitness

Specialties

KI specializes in body weight and home equipment circuits. We primarily work with those new to fitness but have the expertise and intensity capacity to challenge those with experience. We create an inviting environment where you interact directly with the lead trainer upon arrival. Circuits are ran 6 days a week (morning and evening weekdays). Saturdays are morning only. Walk-ins are welcome. You can drop in anytime to complete a circuit workout. Every workout is different and 45 mins in length. Circuits rotate every 3 mins. You work at your fitness level and preferred intensity. We also offer specialty fitness classes Tuesday-Thursday at 7:15p and Saturday at 12p. Education classes, such as
