History

Our team formed at the beginning of a newly emerging Metro Detroit housing market following the 2008 national market crash. Detroit, particularly the Metro & Tri-county areas lacked reliable, quality contractors that were able to make rehabs easier for investors. We then decided to expand our reliable reputation to the commercial market of the industry. Working close with prominent construction managers, KHS has facilitated grand scale commercial rehabs including full apartment buildings, merchant stores and industrial warehouses.
