Stopped at KFC today. Not a worker in sight or so I thought. NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT when we walked in. Quite odd if I do say so myself. When we used the kiosk and the order was completed, the receipt...

I have a problem with an app order I paid for my food thru the app and when my wife got to the store they told her the food needed to be paid for she paid again I couldn't get thru the store phone...

Employees were great with the exception of the manager, Austin, after having numerous issues in the past with the wait, the customer treatment by this individual was nasty.
