I started as a Property Manager in 1980, started selling in 1984. established KCA in the late 90's (can't remember the year) and here I am, still selling 37 years later.

Specialties

Although we sell all over Kent County and West Michigan, I (kay) love selling Historic Districts and all of Downtown Grand Rapids including Multis, Condos and Single Family homes. Jim Courtney, my son, is primarily a commercial Realtor but also sells residential with me.
