History

I own and operate a remodeling crew subcontracting for local companies that specialize in Kitchen, Bath, and Basement remodeling. In between projects or while waiting on inspections or other tradesmen, I take on handyman projects to keep my schedule full. I accept appointments 7 days a week by appointment only on a first come first serve basis. I typically schedule appointments twice daily starting at 10 am and again at 2 pm. I will, however, accommodate other times if available and by request. I can schedule projects 24 hours a day including nights and weekends based on the customer's needs. Specialties

I flat fee most projects such as ceiling fans, interior or exterior door installations, new plumbing fixtures, and similar projects that would be considered standard from one home to another or where it is not necessary to see the project to bid it. For smaller projects such as drywall repairs, furniture assembly, sticking door walls, electrical diagnosing or any other project where total completion time cannot be estimated I prefer to work on an hourly basis. My hourly rate is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for each additional 30 min. I am always willing to start any project on an hourly basis and offer a flat fee once I see it firsthand. Larger remodeling projects such as kitchens, baths, decks, or basements require an on-site visit before I can provide an estimate. Please note that with fuel costs rising, I do require a $50 fee for this service which is refundable should you hire me for all, or a reasonable portion, of the project that is estimated. $100 for the first hour (my minimum) $30 each additional 30 minutes Flat rate fees are available 24 hour service available by appointment only
