Freckle SLoW! Employees want to stand around and talk about the sandwiches instead of make them. A lot of customers are very upset taking forever to get order. Needs to be better organized!!

We love Jimmy John's but we were very disappointed this time. The customer service was not professional. The sandwiches had more bread removed and less Ingredients given in them than any other...

MOLDY BREAD. Ordered a sandwich and it was delivered with moldy bread!! Literally green spots on the bread! It's so disappointing because I was hungry.. not cool
