Freaky fast is dead. We waited 20 min food that was ordered in the app hours before. Asked for napkins, got none. Asked for mayo on the side, it was eliminated altogether. Asked for extra lettuce...

Food choices are so small. No salt and pepper. Same few sandwiches in two rows that are merely the same sandwiches in a 2nd size.

Slowest JJ. Currently waiting on a delivery, going on an hour. Got a call for a free sandwich next visit but I'll pass. Update...got the order at an 1 hour and 10 mins. Order was incorrect.
