Nothing but perfection and solid line ups. 10$ hair cuts is a legit deal and the 5$ straight shaves are amazing

Jeff's has been open for two years. I had seen the sign going down the road, but never paid much attention, assuming he charged $13 and up for a kids haircut, like other shops. Well, he doesn't....
