Trevor R. Evans, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician. He has clinical interests in adult and pediatric preventative care, chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension and obesity, integrative medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.

Erin Walton-Doyle, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She has clinical interests in managing chronic conditions, pediatric and adult well-care, and children with special health needs, including ADHD and autism spectrum disorder.

Shyran Hines-Fenderson, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She has a strong focus on preventive medicine, including women's well-care and pediatric well-care.
