The customer service at Jandrons has been fantastic. They have resized two rings for us and provided amazing service and gotten the pieces back to us weeks ahead of schedule.

**Update** Talked to the owner, it's the owners poor customer service, and possibly not the employees. She said she wasn't going to fix what they broke because she did not like my review below....
