One month after moving in and I get notice today they are increasing rent almost 20%. What a joke. Guess I need to start the shopping around process......... again!

Removing a payment reminders without notifying their customers is bad enough but to charge them a fine on top of that is just unacceptable on top of all that the manager of their place in Croocks...
