Established in 1906, Howell Carnegie District Library provides youth service, reference department, computers and meeting rooms, to name a few. Additionally, it also offers copiers, study room, fax and microfilm reader/printer, among others. Based in Howell, Mich., the library also conducts various events, such as learning activity center, guitar hero Thursday, preschool story time, great poetry with Fred Woodhams and many more. It also offers online homework help, internet safety tips for parents and study hall.
