Holland Board of Public Works is a community-owned enterprise providing utility services, and is located in Holland, Mich. Holland Board of Public Works wastewater department maintains the entire sanitary sewer collection system, including south of Lake Macatawa and the Black River. This company is a joke. Terrible customer service, Stone Age systems and service that goes out all the time. There has got to be another utility company that can do better.
